BDC Mastery: The Callback System was developed from more than 30 years of marketing experience in the automotive repair industry — visiting shops, watching teams, and seeing the same pattern over and over: great technicians, great service, and a callback system that ran for two weeks after a training and then quietly stopped.

The course is built differently. Every module connects to the ones before and after it. The scripts are built on a formula trainees learn in Module 3 — which means when a call goes off-script, they know what to do. The objection handling has one rule that overrides everything else.
